(I visited this place back in January but didn't get around to do a Foodie Adventure till now)

I had a craving for fried chicken one day and I was looking for places to try and somewhere I ran across the name of this restaurant.

It went on my Yelp list and this week I finally went to try it....

329 Smith St
(at Carroll St)
Brooklyn, NY 11231
(718) 422-0444

Here is what we had =)

Cute table decoration... too bad its fake....

Biscuit Box - it was okay, I only liked one of the spreads and they give you way more spread than biscuits....

One of my friends had the Duck Confit. The rice was mediocre. It looks a lot better than it tastes.

Jenn had the fried fish. (Forgot name) And I thought it was really good! Crispy, and flaky, just wonderful!

Now last but not least, My dish. I had their fried chicken. It was what made this place so famous. The Chicken is perfectly breaded and deboned then fried. The skin is crispy and the meat is juicy. I can safely say that I love this fried chicken. HOWEVER good as it might be, for $24 it was really steep for such a small portion. I would definitely say its more of an artisan dish if you can't tell by the presentation.

You can never have too many fries. =)

Overall I would say I really enjoyed Seersucker. Would I come back? Maybe, it is a far way from the neighborhoods I am use to frequenting. The chicken was fabulous but overpriced. I have since discovered the best fried chicken I ever had and the fries are also really great. Where? You will have to wait and see.....

So I know I've been super slacking on the blogging front, I will try and get a post up after I finish this rant.

I have been obsessed with YouTube and TV that I been neglecting my Google Reader feeds.

So I decide to hop on there and catch up on my reading.

WTH GOOGLE!!! W T H ! ! !

So I need to find a new RSS feed reader..... unnecessary complications.....

I am thinking of either BlogLovin or Feedly....

Whichever lets me import my Google Reader posts because I do not want to move each one individually.... >_>

Which reader do you use? What would you recommend???
