ReplyDeleteThis eyeliner is amazing it lasts forever and comes off easily when I'm washing my face :) The only thing that puts me off is the smell and the shine ones it dries :P

Target does these gift bags on their facebook page. You fill out a simple form and they mail it out to you in 4-8 weeks. I will make a post about it next time they do a giveaway!
