End of the month and time for another empties post!
The Body Shop Vitamin E Eye Cream - I bought this late last summer and I am glad I finally finished it. I didn't use it consistently till the last few months. It claims to reduce the appearance of fine lines, puffiness and dark circles. I have some fine lines underneath my right eye and mild dark circles. I don't think it does anything except moisturize my eye area.
The Body Shop Rain Forest Balance Shampoo for Oily Hair: I bought this travel size bottle last January, the oily hair part caught my eye. Most brands don't come out with a shampoo for oily hair. Dry, Damaged, Colored but not oily. I thought I would give it a try. I took it on vacation with me and hated it. It didn't do much for my oils and I still had a dandruff problem. I pulled it out recently and this in combination with a dandruff shampoo works wonders! If you have mildly oily hair I think this might help but it isn't a miracle worker.
Witch Hazel: Saw this small bottle at Bed Bath & Beyond and decided it would be nice to try out. The smell is overwhelming at first but it doesn't linger. After I got use to the smell I loved it. It cleans away impurities and its more gentle than The Body Shop Tea Tree Toner that I love. After I finish my backup Tea Tree Toner I will be permanently switching to Witch Hazel.
Repurchase: Yes! New Staple!
Neutrogena Makeup Remover: I am down to my last bottle. It does it job but I like the Sonia Kashuk one more. I just have easier access to this one.
Repurchase: If I can't get my hands on the Sonia Kashuk one Yes
Caudalie Vinoexpert Night Infusion Cream: This is a small size from one of those sets. I love this line. When I broke out last month I switched completely to Caudalie skin care to calm my skin down and get it back to normal. It won't be moisturizing enough if you have super dry skin but it is a great product.
Shiseido Facial Cotton: I had this bag laying around and I started using it again. I remembered how much I loved them. It is thicker than the cheaper cotton squares and it is soft and smoother to the touch. I go through cotton squares fairly quickly so I will be sticking to the cheaper ones for now. I like having a bag on hand for my nicer toners.
Secret Clinical Strength Deodorant - Nothing exciting here. I do love this deodorant. Use it daily and you won't sweat at all!
Repurchase: Yes! It's a staple!
Johnson's Baby Shampoo - For my brushes. I hate this. It smells horrible and I usually have to go over it 2-3 times before my brushes are clean. I think regular shampoo works just fine and it has a better smell. I can't say I am particular worried that it will ruin my brushes as some people have said.
Phew! Not too bad a month I have to say. I found a new staple so all in all it has been a good month for me. I have a few products that didn't make it in May but hopefully they will be gone in June! ^^
I know I have been MIA this month. I been having issues getting good pictures to show clear detail. Also I will be in Costa Rica the first two weeks of June. Don't know if I will be able to post just yet but I will try!
